Developed by a specialised team of Italian dentists and technicians working in collaboration with the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, the S1 is a simple and safe new generation implant. As a result of extensive research and development work, an advanced product has been designed and maunfactured which introduces significant simplification of the surgical and prosthetic aspects. The product is designed to have an extremely close contact between the abutment and the fixture, so bacterial infiltration and consequent inflammation of the mucosa are avoided. Another important feature of the new system is the elimination of risk of unscrewing the passing screw through the fixture. The masticatory load is transferred exclusively to the cone Morse, avoiding any discharge on passing the screw between the abutment and the fixture.
